Boys & Girls Soccer:
No experience necessary to join. Please speak with Mr Fitzpatrick, Mr Halligan or Ms. Ryan for more details. Updates about training and matches will be posted on School Social Media Channels and announced in school.
Training started in September and match fixtures will begin in October.
Girls Soccer History
We first entered a Girls Soccer team at CBS in 2018. That team went onto win the U14 Leinster B cup adding the All Ireland crown weeks later in Dublin. Those girls were the trailblazers for Girls Soccer in CBS New Ross and since then Girls Soccer has grown in both numbers and success in the school. There have been 5 Leinster cup victories and two All Ireland successes in the 7 short years since we introduced Girls Soccer and we hope that this year's groups can continue to grow the sport in the school.
